Mounts Bay to feature on Radio Cornwall during the World Championships

Mounts Bay Pilot Gig club has been selected as one of four clubs which will be feature in Radio Cornwall’s coverage of the World Pilot Gig Championships on the Isles Of Scilly from 30th April to 2nd May 2010. Tune in to find out what we’re up to and follow the inevitable ups and downs of the Championship weekend.
Mounts Bay are sending over 10 crews in total to compete, they are:
Ladies Veterans A – Kensa (Charlotte Roberts – cox, Ele Hague, Tracey Barrett, Julie Ancell, Kath Hawkins, Teresa Jago, Wendy Wheatley). Ladies Veterans B – Taran (Cox and crew TBC, to include Zoe Payne, Sue Watts, Marcia Bell).
Mens Veterans A- Kensa (crew TBC). Mens Veterans B- Taran (crew TBC).
Ladies A - Kensa (Chris Barrett – cox, Charlotte Roberts, Tracey Barrett, Vicky Plenty, Naomi Watts, Katy Owen, Kath Hawkins). Ladies B – Taran (Tim Nicholas – cox, Ele Hague, Tracy Tonkin, Julie Ancell, Wendy Wheatley, Teresa Jago, Sue Watts). Ladies C – Gwineas (Steve Dunk – cox, Zoe Payne, Jenni Hague, Karan Moss, Marcia Bell, TBC, Jo Milano.
