Job title: Volunteer Manager
Organisation: Mounts Bay Pilot Gig Club

A Volunteer Manager is required to work with club members of Mounts Bay Pilot Gig Club to coordinate and manage volunteers undertaking a range of community based projects in 2011. The role will include organising volunteer training and promoting mentoring systems within the club.
This is a lottery funded position for a period of 40 weeks.
Management experience is essential, as is a practical knowledge of gig rowing activities, especially with regard to all aspects of health and safety. Candidates must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be flexible and have a positive attitude.
You will require a Criminal Records Bureau check.
The hours required are approximately 10 per week.
The rate of pay is £25 per hour.
